Organic Cotton Cardboard Applicator Tampons

I am happy to purchase this product. It isn't tainted with chemicals, and it's from a woman-owned company (to my knowledge). However, when I order the product and didn't hear anything about it being shipped or delayed for a week, I emailed them at the email provided asking what was up. The email bounced back, which triggered me to contact PayPal as I thought I was being swindled or perhaps the company went out of business. They did email me back through PayPal to let me know they were out of stock. They provided three different options to me, which I appreciated. But, why not just communicate that in an email to your customers who've ordered from you? Why did my first two emails (I sent two) bounce back? I'm hesitant to order directly from this company again for fear of not being communicated with. They have some work to do internally.

I have been looking for a tampon that is 100% organic cotton and toxin free that actually works. So many times the tampon does not absorb well. Appreciate that they use a smooth biodegradable cardboard applicator instead of plastic one that winds up on the beach shores. All together I am really happy with the product and would order it again.

Not only are they made of organic cotton, but they also don't have any plastic applicators, which means less waste in our landfills. The tampons are comfortable, easy to insert, and have excellent absorption.
